Yum Yums

Filet Mignon
Liberally salt and pepper your filets on both sides
Drizzle with EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

Turn grill on high ( I use an infrared and sear filets at 500 plus degrees)

Cook approximately
4-6 minutes per side - Rare
6-8 minutes per side - Medium Rare
8-10 minutes per side - Medium
any longer and why are you cooking a tenderloin

Mashed potatoes with garlic

Peel potatoes and cut to equal sizes
use large pot fill with water and add 4 cloves of peeled garlic
cook until potatoes are tender
drain water and add 1 to 2 sticks of butter and add cream or whole milk

lightly season with pepper and salt to taste
